ALFA Ultimate Marine Performance was founded in 2021 by Chris, a lifelong fisherman and experienced tournament angler who has fished waters all across the United States. His time on the water taught him a simple truth: the right gear can turn an ordinary trip into the best day on the boat.
With that belief, Chris started ALFA with a mission to provide boaters and anglers with the best products available, ensuring that every customer can enjoy confidence and success on the water. The company began with a focus on marine electronics, but quickly grew into offering premium fishing gear, and custom products designed to maximize performance and reliability.
At ALFA, Chris’s passion for fishing and boating drives everything. Whether helping a weekend angler, a family of boaters, or a serious tournament competitor, the goal is always the same, deliver products and support that make every day on the water the best it can be.

Chris Grose
Chris has been fishing for over 20 years, building a lifetime of experience on lakes, rivers, and coasts across the United States. He is an Engineer by degree, a product designer at heart, and a fisherman by passion.
Outside of the water, Chris has built a successful career in engineering and product development, where he currently designs and manufactures innovative solutions for the life sciences industry. His ability to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving has translated seamlessly into the marine world, where he applies the same mindset to delivering high-performance products for boaters and anglers.
For Chris, fishing isn’t just a hobby, but it’s a way of life.
