1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout, when available.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping on certain items or order values, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Overnight/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain large or hazardous items.
  • Certain oversized or restricted items may require special handling or incur additional shipping fees.
  • We do not ship internationally.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
