Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Products marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Start a Return
Contact us at performance@alfaump.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item qualifies, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. - Prepaid Return Label
We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error. - Ship the Item
Please send your item back within 7 days of receiving your return label to ensure timely processing.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
- The restocking fee is waived for returns due to shipping errors or product defects.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund to be processed after the item arrives.
- Original shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Electrical items that have been installed
- Special order or custom products
- Items marked “FINAL SALE”
